Synopsis
A 40 year old woman with mental problems that made her aggressive and hate people, she tries to hurt them as a revenge for her condition.

Ibtisam meets Dr. Basam who tries to help her with her hair problem. Abdullah tells his mother that he will travel and leave her alone.45m25E25Episode 25Nasser opens up his new restaurant. Fawaz tells Badryia that he knows that Ghusun is behind every bad thing that happened to him. Badryia asks to return to him and quits her job.45m26E26Episode 26Badryia tells Ghusun that she returned to Fawaz. Ghusun threatens Fawaz with revenge and blackmail. Sharifa is forced to stay with Rawan.45m27E27Episode 27Elham helps her sister to get close to Dr. Basam. Badryia gets pregnant and Ghusun decides to take revenge on her.45m28E28Episode 28Basam tells Ibtisam that he loves her. Rawan is pregnant. Ghusun thinks that she is pregnant but the doctor confirms that it is a false pregnancy. Badryia gives birth to a boy whom she names Masahry.45m29E29Episode 29Basam helps Ibtisam to take revenge on Ghusun and takes the pictures Ghusun blackmailed Ibtisam with from her. Yacoub is sent to prison for drug trafficking. Khalid's mother passes away.45m30E30Episode 30Ghusun thinks about killing Badryia's son. When Fawaz kicks Ghusun out, she submits her resignation and flees the country with Khalid after she kidnaps Badryia's son, but she gets arrested and sent to a mental institution.45m
