Synopsis
Con Man centers on the post-show life of Wray Nerely the co-star of “Spectrum,” a sci-fi series, which was canceled before its time and went on to become a cult classic beloved by fans. Wray’s good friend, Jack Moore starred as the series Captain and has gone on to become a major celebrity, while Wray hasn’t found his desired level of stardom. Wray is the begrudging guest of sci-fi conventions, comic book store appearances, and different pop culture events; however, everything is not as it seems from the outside. The series will explore these events and all the weird and crazy things that happen to them along the way.

Baby BoomWray meets the girl of his dreams and knocks her off her feet. Bobbie competes in a cosplay contest judged by the amorous Leslie Jordan and Sean Maher.12m6
A Fluid ThingBobbie’s “levy” is cresting under the tempest of Leslie Jordan and Sean Maher’s attention. Wray gets an action figure “Wray Wray” and learns the love you can only feel as a Father.12m7
Doll FacedWray and Louise make-out-ish in a blue police box. Hearts and more break over dinner and it’s revealed that Wray Wray is getting action. Leslie, Sean and Bobbie work out their own issues.12m8
Voiced OverWray’s role is downgraded during a video game gig. Milo Ventimiglia convinces Wray to attend a comic book store opening in his absence.12m9
