Synopsis

Unemployed alcoholic ex-soap-opera actress Billie Frank tries to go sober and become a writer but continues to struggle with her self-destructive habits; her relationships with other members of Addictions Anonymous, her neighbor Dave, and her mother Trudy are explored.
