Synopsis
In 2017, as China establishes its first highland army aviation unit on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, commander Tan Fei and his team confront extreme altitudes, harsh environments, and personal sacrifices to build a resilient force tasked with protecting the nation’s southwestern borders.
