Jeremy is convinced by Janice it's time to start growing the party - but the new arrival doesn't go down well with Adam.3E3Minority ReportJanice makes the case for greater diversity within the party citing the McKinsey Report. Seeing his chance to cement his position as Party Leader, Adam makes a spur of the moment hire, a move that doesn't go down well with the party in light of his self-serving motivation.4E4Game ChangerAs dissent spreads among the staff, Jeremy hatches a plan to restore stability to the party by hiring a new Campaign Manager. The team discuss the current state of the party with the new arrival and suggestions are made that could alter the direction of the party entirely.5E5The OppositionAs The Endeavour Party settles into their new office space the leader of the local opposition, The Pioneer Party, arrives to scope out the competition. In response, Adam calls an emergency meeting as the team consider next steps for the party.6E6Cold FeetIn a last ditch effort to regain control of the party Adam calls a staff meeting to reveal the new Endeavour Party logo. The team are torn in their allegiances, while Jeremy is left with a big decision to make as he considers Nina's ultimatum.
