
Synopsis
The series is based on real events. It takes us to Kythera from 1906 to 1909 and chronicles one of the largest mass murders the country has ever known. There, we meet the central figure of the story, Antonis, a peaceful shoemaker. A lovable young man, until he is unjustly slandered. The outcry of the local community forces him to leave. He makes a new start in Piraeus. Again, however, his attempt to escape falls on deaf ears. History repeats itself in the big city, filling Antonis with bitterness and anger. Now, there is only one way left for him: Revenge.

The Hell You KnowIn Piraeus, Kastelanis now makes his living as a lyricist and spends his life and money on ephemeral pleasures. Back in Kythera, a young doctor asks for Anna's hand in marriage from her father.52m6
I Didn’t Do the Wrong. I Corrected It.Devastated by a new tragedy, Kastelanis asks the island's priest for help, in vain. Overwhelmed by injustice, he will be led down a path of no return.56m
