Synopsis
Spoorloos is a South African crime drama anthology television series created by Ilse van Hemert and developed by Ochre Moving Pictures. The first season is based on the 2014 novel Daddy Long Legs by Vernon W. Baumann and set in the fictional town of Digtersdal in the Eastern Cape. Each subsequent season follows a new small town and cast of characters.

StrangersThe town is in turmoil: the serial killer of the time has now been buried; Frikkie's disappearance cannot be his work. Detectives from Johannesburg are called and Ian Vos goes home.44m3
Mysteries of the HeartThe tape recording is located and S'bu and Deon rush to PE with it. Sonja is chased away from the station when she offers her help. Esti and Jan-Gustav try to lure the beast out of its hiding place.4
The Battle of PillvilleThe town reads the Gazette front page and is swept up in panic and fear. Gert warns Werner that the police again suspect Piet Pille, the mechanic who sells drugs - Esti's father.5
The BeastKeagan realizes the beast is a high school boy named Basjan, who is behaving strangely. Mrs Dominee is trying to turn Esti into a "beautiful" little girl. The children want to find out more about Basjan.6
A Child For a ChildThe children realize that Basjan's life is in danger and hide him in the village, in an empty bus wreck. Basjan stares at the house across the scrap yard – a memory stirs when he sees Ian.7E7FuneralThe town reacts to the national news report about Frikkie. It's Jan-Gustav's birthday. Ian sees the 13 on the cake and realizes that Lara jumped into bed with Junior immediately after he left.8
Die Guardians' TriumphThe town is amazed at the miracle that Frikkie is still alive. S'bu determines that the sound in the background of the flute recording is a shell chime. Keagan tries to tell his father about Basjan.9
Old Wounds BleedThe town is celebrating. Werner puts pressure on Gert to dispose of LG in the holding cell. Angelique has drunken grief in the hotel bar, where Adam is waiting for Keagen.10
CrossroadsJan-Gustav finds out who his biological father is and takes the road. De Wet and Sonja find out that Lourens was innocent. The town is bewildered as the megaphone echoes: the bell rule applies again.11E11The Lost BoysLara tells Junior she can't live a lie anymore. She wants a divorce. Werner and Angelique find out that Junior is not Jan-Gustav's father. Through all the consternation, Jan-Gustav is tracked down.12E12The Valley of DarknessBenny looks down from the top of the mountain and sees where Immelman is driving. Immelman drags Keagan into a dilapidated building and chains him. Drunk Gert wants to put an end to everything, but misses.13E13RebirthMore shots are fired. Immelman is hit, but drags Benny away. De Wet sees Ian on the ground and rushes into the building through the flames. Keagan is saved.
