LAI and CHING CHING are lovers. Nevertheless, their families are at feud after FUNG helps the villagers to break the 'Fung Shui' of her brother MAN's casino. Their relationship is further dampened when FUNG refuses to help MAN to find his father a 'mandarin tomb', since FUNG knows that MAN would never be a good mandarin.
