Synopsis
In each episode, the best bladesmiths from all over the country come to the forge for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, to square off against our renowned Forged in Fire Masters in the highest stakes forging competition yet! If the challenger can find a way to prevail against our judge in an intense bladesmithing showdown, they'll walk away with $10K and eternal bragging rights.

With only 8 hours on the clock, the remaining Champion will see if they have the skills to recreate an Arming Sword worthy of Beating a Judge and winning $10,000.42m3E3Dual SwordsThree champions face off against each other, testing their signature blades and re-creating a weapon from the "Forged in Fire" vault until only one champion remains to face off against Ben Abbott, David Baker or J Neilson.42m4E4Smith's ChoiceThree champions return to the forge to compete for the chance to take on one of the judges; in this choose-your-own-adventure style competition, the champions will decide their tests, materials and ultimately the judge they will be competing against.42m5E5The No Can CanThree Forged in Fire Champions return for an opportunity to take down a judge; however after a grueling round of testing, only two move forward to recreate a Falcata.42m6E6Rock Star SmithsThree champions return to the forge looking to defeat one of the judges; in this musically themed competition, the smiths have to slash through level one to get a chance to rock out a 9-ringed broadsword in their home forges.42m
